At Genic Cards, we strive to give our clients top-notch products and excellent service. We recognize that there may be situations in which you must return an item or request a refund for a purchase. To understand your rights and obligations, please carefully read our return policy.
Most brand-new, unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the item’s price if you change your mind about making the purchase as long as you do so within 15 days of receiving the delivery in Singapore and within 30 days of receiving the delivery in the rest of the world.
Please be informed that things returned because they are defective are not covered by this return policy.
Please get in touch with us at sales@GenicCards.com to begin a return. If we accept your return, we’ll let you know how to mail the box and where to send it. Without prior authorization, returns cannot be accepted.
We will let you know if your refund was approved or denied after we receive and examine your return. If your refund request is accepted, your original payment method will automatically be used to execute the refund. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card provider could take some time.
Upon receiving your order, we advise you to carefully inspect it. Please get in touch with us if you receive an item that is flawed, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll analyze the problem and take the required actions to fix it.
Items that are damaged, missing parts, or unsellable because of customer misuse, carelessness, or tampering will not be accepted for return by Genic Cards.
If a product you bought from Genic Cards turns out to be defective, you might also be entitled to other legal rights and remedies, such as those provided under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003. To begin a return, kindly get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving the package. Connect with us even if the return window has passed since you might still be eligible for a refund, a replacement (if one is available), or a repair.
While defective items do not have to be returned in their original packing, they must be properly wrapped to prevent damage during transportation.
Due to individual negligence, Genic Cards cannot be held responsible for lost or missing items. Please email us at sales@GenicCards.com if you need help linking your current account to a new purchased Genic Card in the unfortunate situation that you have lost or forgotten your Genic Card.
Return shipping expenses for requests that fail to comply with our return policy may need to be covered by the consumer.
