Genic Cards places high importance on client satisfaction and strives to make working with us easy and stress-free. Please understand our shipping, return, and lost shipment policies.
Genic Cards works hard to keep its delivery costs minimal. Depending on the destination and associated costs, other countries may be eligible for free shipping on orders that surpass a minimum value, which is normally similar to $60-$100. We provide free shipping to Singapore and Malaysia.
The cost of shipping your order will be determined during the checkout process based on the shipping method and location. The final amount for shipment will be the shipping fee, which will be charged at the time of purchase.
After receiving payment, we aim to ship orders within 3 business days. Except on national holidays, we are open regularly scheduled business hours from Monday to Friday. Every effort is made to reduce shipment delays.
Each delivery from Genic Cards includes a tracking number that enables you to follow the progress of your package online. Upon shipping, the tracking number will be updated. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support staff for assistance if you have any questions about the status of your order.
While most deliveries are timely, there are some situations when orders may encounter delays. Incorrect address information, missing unit or apartment numbers, bad weather, or international customs processes are all causes of delivery delays.
We use Google’s address lookup to get accurate addresses to reduce the possibility of wrong address. To prevent any delays, we strongly advise you to double-check your address’s accuracy and completeness. You can check the estimated delivery date and monitor your parcel under your orders if your order is delayed.
To avoid any problems, verify your sending address and think about including delivery instructions. Please contact our customer care staff for help if you run into any issues.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will immediately give a complete refund, which includes shipping costs (apart from some handling fees). You will get an email with information on how to return items and get a refund within 48 hours after the undeliverable scan.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as you can if you need to change the delivery address for purchase before it is dispatched.
We kindly request that you refuse delivery of any damaged packages in transit and contact our customer care team. If the package is delivered while you are not there, connect with our customer support staff to discuss what to do.
We understand that unforeseen events may take place outside of our control. We have you covered if your package is lost in transit, so don’t worry. Just get in touch with our customer service team, and we’ll take care of the problem by completing a refund or sending out new for any missing or damaged packages.
